• Promote and communicate the use of best practices in application development (mobile development, responsive web pages, application development frameworks, cloud development) to team members and peers throughout GNB. • Present your ideas, designs and best practices to successfully influence, motivate and inspire stakeholders. • Provide direction on the development of best practices and policies around modern application development methodologies in the creation of digital services, while supporting GNB’s desire to enable transformation. • Analyze the technology industry and market trends in the area of digital service development, responsive web design, and mobile application development to determine potential impact on the GNB enterprise. • Understand and explain complex technologies to provide high-level and in-depth subject matter expertise to the Digital Office in the areas of Digital services, application development, mobile development and responsive web design in both an on-premise and cloud environment. • Collaborate with a team to gather, assess, review requirements and design new digital services based on client insights for the Province of New Brunswick; while championing best practices for citizen centric design.
