Theme

Overview: As learners around the world respond to the “new normal”, the need for remote learning tools has never been more urgent. Build solutions that can help schools, educators, students, and employees to make the transition to distance learning easier, simplified, and interactive.

Challenge: Make learning relevant, interactive and effective.

Expectations: Develop an online learning system that allows users to (not only limiting to):

  • Discover content easily.
  • Learn concepts in unique and fun ways (think STEM subjects).
  • Evaluate the efficacy of learning and suggest focus areas of improvements.

Minimum (must have) 

  • Learners can access study material under different categories for learning.
  • Learners are able to take up varied and interactive assessments.

Intermediate (good to have) 

  • Learning paths for learners get adjusted according to their learning opportunities.
  • Learners are able to interact with fellow learners in a seamless fashion. Advanced (Brownie points)
  • Allow learners to compare progress with peers, who are undertaking the same assessment.
  • Recommend learners with relevant study material based on user activities or assessment results
  • Gamify the learning and assessment experience.
  • Any unique way to measure the efficacy of the concepts grasped
