Rules
- Students pursuing B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech can participate in teams.
- A team can have 2 to 4 members. Every member has to register online.
- Registration fees of Rs.500 (Non IEEE Computer Society members) and Rs.200 (For IEEE Computer Society members) per team (inclusive of GST) shall be paid on or before 22nd February 2024. One member can pay the fee and the same screenshot shall be uploaded during registration by the team members.
- Idea submissions can be made only after registration. Team formation can be done as per the instructions from the webpage.
- All participants in a team should belong to the same institution.
- Idea submission is online (Feb 15 to Feb 22, 2024), and Prototype Presentation is Offline at Christ University, Kengeri Campus (15th March 2024).
- Teams shall send their idea on any one of the given themes as per the instructions in the submission tab.
- A video link explaining the idea (Max 8 minutes) is compulsory for the idea presentation which is to be embedded in the PPT slide and uploaded as an attachment during idea submission.
- Shortlisted ideas shall be announced on 24th February 2024 to the respective teams through e-mail.
- Teams are expected to come up with new and innovative ideas. Any idea that has been copied from other sources shall be disqualified.
- Shortlisted teams shall present their prototype on 15th March 2024 at Christ University, Kengeri Campus. Selected teams shall upload their code repository and a video of the working prototype on the website.
- No accommodation will be provided during the event.
- Teams shall own the intellectual property of their code.
