Social Impact (25%)
General positive impact or in relationship to the city and community

Creativity (25%)
How innovative is this idea, and how did you come up with it?

Scalability (20%)
Does this product work when applied outside of a hackathon setting?

Functionality (20%) Does this solution solve the problem it's intended for?

Quality (10%)
What is the overall quality of the solution?

The solution MUST include DigitalTown SmartWallet for authentication and user registration
The solution should use DigitalTown SmartWallet if payments are involved
The solution should be applicable to more than one City
The solution should be scalable, capable of running in a cloud hosted environment
