Who owns the IP for solutions submitted?

IP for the submissions will be owned by the team submitting their respective applications.

In which languages can the submissions be made?

Applications can be submitted in English only.

What is the format for the Hackathon?

Submissions are invited for challenges under the following 2 tracks:

• Solutionthon: The ideal participating team would be a solution provider with ready and mature solution. The team would be expected to provide/develop a working platform/model which solves for one or more of the priority areas (refer problem statements) listed under one of the five themes.
• Ideathon: The ideal participating team would propose an innovative solution which is not yet developed or deployed. The team would be expected to come up with a working prototype of the solution which solves for one or more of the priority areas (refer problem statements) listed under one of the five themes.

Who will make the travel and accommodation arrangements for the shortlisted teams?

The shortlisted team will make all the arrangements for their travel and accommodation. All the travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by the team itself.

Can my team participate in both Solutionthon and Ideathon?

Yes, however, the entries presented in the two tracks should be different following the guidelines of the two tracks.

I don't have a team but I want to be part of the Hackathon. What are my options?

Don't worry. Register yourself as an individual participant. Individual submissions will also be accepted.

How many people can form a team?

Teams can consist of up to 4 members.
