Problem Statement: Developing a contextual interpretation Chat Bot using NLP
Objective: The Chat Bot should be able to understand the context / intent of conversation and then devise an algorithm that will respond with answers as per user context with 90% (or more) accuracy.
You are expected to download or scrape the Customer service FAQs from different resources and then train your chatbot models for contextual interpretation.
Along with everything, as a submission you are also expected to submit the dataset you created.
