Team description
We are participating in the "Productivity in public workplace".
We want to improve the work schedule for construction site. BIM workflows and the recorded information by the Foreman helps monitoring the certified construction workers. Most of the task data from these jobs can be automated to produce a construction work schedule based on a time-lapse video output.
Such a schedule must be accessible to relevant stakeholders on the site to monitor the progress.
