Anshul Sajwan is currently responsible for the Siemens Research and Innovation ecosystem program in Bangalore and the strategy for the Siemens India research & predevelopment organization. He has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, technology landscaping, and innovation management. As part of the ecosystem program, he is responsible for forging partnerships with academia, research institutions and startups. He has contributed to multiple open innovation engagements in the past and believes in the tremendous potential of collaboration and ecosystem synergies. Anshul is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Tanya Esteves is a Software Architect with over 13 years of experience. Her technical skills include Software development (Java, Kotlin) along with streaming technologies like Kafka. She is well versed in Containerization as well as Dev ops. She is an expert in understanding customer domain and identify technical solutions to solve their business problems. Her work primarily involves enabling digital transformation and innovation at scale.

Lohith serves as the Head of Technology and Innovations at Siemens, a role he has held since 2022. Lohith drives technological advancements and fosters a culture of innovation within Siemens. With 18 years of industry experience, he has successfully led numerous large-scale initiatives in design, architecture, and implementation across sectors such as Railways, Renewable Energy, Telecom, Healthcare, and Smart Cities.

Currently, Lohith oversees the development of the ‘Portfolio Manager’ sustainability solution, designed for evidence-based tracking, planning, and reporting of carbon footprint reduction. This solution leverages key business metrics to enhance the management of real estate, buildings, campuses, and factories, improving their efficiency and sustainability.

Previously, Lohith played a critical role in implementing ‘Next Generation Compliance Monitoring’ for NEOM, a visionary urban development in Saudi Arabia. Utilizing cutting-edge technological solutions, this initiative supported NEOM's ambitious environmental compliance assurance program across its vast 26,500 km² planned area, encompassing a floating industrial complex, a global trade hub, tourist resorts, and a linear city powered by renewable energy.

During the World Expo 2020 in Dubai, Lohith contributed significantly to one of the world’s largest smart city technology deployments. As part of Siemens' role as the digitalization partner, he led a team of solution architects to design, develop, and implement a digital twin of the entire 5-square-kilometer Expo city. This initiative empowered Expo managers to optimize operations, reduce carbon emissions, conserve water and energy, and enhance visitor comfort and security, setting a blueprint for future smart cities.

Sricharan Pamudurthi is a Senior Software Architect at Siemens with over 19 years of experience designing scalable, cloud-native solutions. He specializes in SaaS architecture, microservices, DevOps, and secure systems, and has led multiple strategic initiatives in the eMobility domain. Passionate about technology-driven impact, he actively mentors developers and architects and contributes to innovation and training programs across the organization.

With over 24 years of experience in embedded software development for Industrial Automation and Healthcare systems, including over 20 years at Siemens, Manivannan is passionate about technology, innovation, and product development. He thrives on working with people to drive these initiatives forward.

Sairam has 20+ years in Industrial Automation and related Products Development from Siemens. Has widespread experience right from Commissioning in water treatment, batch processing, and thermal power plant, Product development, and Quality Assurance, and Product Support for products like PCS 7, PCS neo and TIA Portal. Drives a lot of Innovation initiatives in his Business Segment of “Process Automation and Motion Control”, emerging technologies like Github Copilot, Generative AI and Hackathons.

Priyanka Sud is an experienced Chief Manager at Siemens Limited, leading sustainability initiatives of the company and has an extensive experience in project and program management. She has led the publication of Sustainability reports and decarbonization programs and developed global Sustainability Strategy training. Priyanka is a certified Sustainability assessor and is pursuing an eMasters in Climate Finance and Sustainability from IIT-K. She holds a Masters in English and German Language and a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering. On the personal front, she is a mother to a 6-year old boy and spends her free time building lego and puzzles with him.

Sugata is part of Siemens Foundational Technologies based out of Chennai. In his current role, he is responsible for managing teams delivering engineering solutions to end customers in Germany and developing global digital learnings for Siemens Smart Building portfolio. He is a key expert in the Building Technologies domain which includes building automation, fire safety and security. He is also responsible for driving innovation within the business segment, has few invention disclosures and a patent. He has around 20 years of experience out of which 15 years with Siemens.
