Meesho Open Campus Recruitment 2025

1. Can I apply directly for a FTE role?
No, you cannot apply directly for the FTE role. Candidates shortlisted in the current Meesho Open Campus Hiring 2025 would be offered the role of a Trainee for a period of 6 months. Based on performance during the Trainee period, you may be considered for full-time employment.

2. How will I get to know if my application has been accepted? 
Once you register, we will go through your application for the eligibility check. If you are found eligible, our team will reach out to you with further details.  

3. I recently interviewed with Meesho as part of the direct campus hiring in the last 6 months, am I eligible to apply again? 
No, you are not eligible to apply for this event.

4. If I am from the 2025 batch, will I get time off for my college end-semester exams?
Yes, we will provide leaves based on your university end-semester examination timelines.

5. Can I work remotely during my role as a SDE Trainee in Meesho?
No, we follow a hybrid work model, and this role expects you to mandatorily work out of our Bengaluru office 3 days in a week.  

6. Can I participate in a mock test before the actual coding test?
There would be no mock test available before taking the actual coding test.

7. Do I need to travel to Bengaluru for the interviews?
No, the entire interview process would be conducted virtually.

8. Are the programming questions restricted to specific languages?
No, you are free to use any programming language to solve the coding questions.

9. How will I receive the HackerEarth test details?
The details will be sent to shortlisted candidates over their registered email ID. 

10. What if I encounter issues with my computer or internet connection during the coding test?
We recommend you go through our Frequently Asked Questions section for any technical-related issues. You can also refer to candidate support, where we host many support articles for candidates. 11. Can I change my submission after I have submitted my response on HackerEarth?
Yes, the response can be changed within the test window (before clicking "End Test"). 

12. What happens if I engage in plagiarism?
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism and cheating, and any such action would make you ineligible for the further interview process. All online tests are validated using plagiarism detection software and manual proctoring. If we discover that you have been involved in plagiarism, your candidature will be rejected at any stage of the recruiting process.

13. When will I receive the results of the coding test/interviews?
You will be updated on the progress of the interview by the Meesho Campus TA team.

14. Can I take the coding test on a mobile platform?
No, the coding test must be taken from a laptop/desktop. 

15. Can I secure the Traineeship in a specific domain of interest?
Domain allocation for Traineeship is solely based on the open roles at the time of joining.
